Origin: selected vineyards in Molti, Appiano and Cortaccia
Altitude: 300 - 450 meters above sea level. sandy, clayey and partly very calcareous soils
Winemaking:
Fermentation: maceration in steel
Aging of the wine: in wooden barrels and concrete tanks (about 12 months)
Alcohol 12% vol.
Acidity: 4.8 g/litre
Contains sulphites.
