ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Ruby red colour, with perfume fine, characteristic of the vine, with hints of wild berries, cherry and nuances of vanilla and tobacco. The flavor is dry, soft, with a persistent aftertaste and a slightly spicy finish.

Feathered game, braised and roasted red meat, tasty legume soups, medium-aged cheeses and smoked South Tyrolean cured meats.
