WINE MAKING
At the producer. Prolonged maceration for approximately 20 days; pumping over twice a day; indigenous yeasts. Elevation in French oak barriques (80%) and Slavonian oak (20%) for 30 months followed by a further 20 months of bottle refinement.
Potential aging at the buyer's premises: 10-15 years.

Average age of the vines: 16 years.

Manual selected harvest. Harvest period: mid-October.
SOIL
Eocene marl and marly sandstone.
COLOR
Dark ruby red with violet reflections.
