Tasting Notes

With an intense ruby ​​red colour, it presents refined tertiary notes at first olfactory impact; cooked fruit and red fruit compote. The elegance of the spice alternates with the aroma of the wild herbs typical of the biodiversity of the place. When tasted, fine tannins are highlighted with a very elegant structure. The intense tertiary notes of chocolate and balsamic, plum and jam return when tasted, with a very long finish.
