Tasting Notes

With a bright ruby ​​red color accompanied by a good consistency, a soft and full-bodied wine, on the nose it offers notes of blackberry, currant, black pepper and liquorice. The entry on the palate is warm and enveloping, the tannins are firm and elegant with a good freshness well balanced by the alcohol content. The fruity scents already perceived on the nose return to the taste. Good persistence. Petricore is a versatile wine that pairs perfectly with a variety of dishes, from first courses of meat or fish to second courses of red meat or game. It is also an ideal wine to accompany mature cheeses or for an aperitif.
