The Red of the Petralava Etna DOC line comes to light from the processing of bunches of Nerello Mascalese and Cappuccio,
two vines whose roots tell the ancient story between wine and its volcano.
From the municipalities of Castiglione di Sicilia, Randazzo, Linguaglossa and Piedimonte a high quality wine with a strong and decisive
personality is born and affirms itself, which does honor to Etna and its DOC area known throughout the world .
TERRAIN
Land of volcanic origin, located on the northern slope of Etna, at an altitude of 600-800 m above sea level,
with large temperature variations between day and night.
