Aging: Steel with light passage in wood (new tonneau for three months) Refined: In the bottle for three months Tasting notes: A beautiful bright ruby with violet reflections marks the nose full and persistent aromas of small pink fruit, floral, carob and licorice on a nice spicy base. On the palate it is fresh with acidity, rich in fruit and with a dense and nervous tannic texture.
