VARIETY: Nebbiolo, Barbera and a small part of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
VINEYARDS: From a selection of vineyards owned by our family in particularly suitable areas within our great terroirs.
VINIFICATION: In steel. Maceration on the skins for approximately 20 days.
AGEING: About 24 months in French oak barrels and a small part in barriques.
NOTE: It is the first non-single-varietal wine produced by the Pio Family, for those who love traditional Piedmontese wines with a touch of internationality. It is an introduction to the great classic Piedmontese wines.
Contains sulphites.
