ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: deep and intense ruby reflections. On the nose it is original and different from the common one: white pepper, geranium and summer fruit, plums and ripe Noto figs. On the palate it is persuasive and soft, a stylistic feature of this Sicilian variety that is so ancient and yet to be discovered.
The vineyards are still young and so is the framework of the wine, which however remains absolutely original.
PAIRING: perfect when combined with grilled meats.
