COLOUR: Intense ruby red, which takes on elegant garnet reflections over time.
BOUQUET: Hints of red fruit, bitter cocoa and coffee which become spicier as the months pass with wild notes, typical of the sandy limestone soil of Vinchio.
PAIRINGS: Finds its maximum expression when paired with rich dishes, red meats and soft cheeses.
Excellent with bagna càuda.
FLAVOUR: The flavor is dry, full-bodied, highlighted by strength and dense texture. A wine with character.
