Soil: volcanic sands; exclusive stones and rocks.
Grapes: 80% Nerello Mascalese - 20% Nerello Cappuccio
Training system: small tree supported by chestnut poles, plants up to 100 years of age.< /p>
Vinification: fermentation in conical oak vats with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out.
Refinement: 24 months in large oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
