TECHNICAL DATA SHEET
Red vinification involves maceration for approximately two weeks.
After malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to refine in steel to favor the varietal aspect which, once in the bottle, harmonizes and blends, giving elegance and pleasantness.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Deep ruby red, it has aromas of still fresh red fruit and a light but pleasant spiciness.
In the mouth it is fine and full with an agile structure and a beautiful freshness.

FOOD COMBINATIONS
It goes very well with grilled meats and roasts in general. Also excellent with tasty first courses and mature cheeses.
