TASTING NOTES
Dark and intense red color with violet reflections.
The nose has fruity notes ranging from licorice to wild berries.
On the palate it has a good body and round and sweet tannins.
Good persistence that tends to a fruity finish.
PAIRINGS
Red meat, such as game, roasts and braised meats.
Serve at 16-18°C.
