Tasting Notes:
Vivid ruby red with violet reflections
harmonious and clean on the nose with enveloping notes of black and red fruit,
on the palate it is soft, round, with a subtle tannic texture,
marked sapidity and a final sensation of balance.

Alcohol content: 14%
Service temperature: 16/18 °C
Wine longevity: 2/4 years
To pair with: Grilled red meats, medium-aged cheeses,
dishes based on mushrooms or oily fish such as tuna or swordfish.
To better appreciate all its organoleptic characteristics,
it is advisable to let the wine oxygenate inside the glass for a few minutes before tasting it.
Grape variety: Nero d'Avola grown at 300 meters above sea level, on calcareous/clayey soils in the Naro area.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration at a controlled temperature for 12/14 days,
followed by malolactic fermentation in steel.
Refinement: Partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in second and third passage French oak barrels.
Subsequently in the bottle for 6 months.
