CHARACTERISTICS
The grapes used to make this wine are harvested by hand or by machine and subjected to traditional destemming and pressing.
Fermentation takes place in 300 hl tanks at 25 -26°C for 10 days followed by a malo-lactic fermentation.
NOTES TASTING
Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Rich in the mouth, with hints
of blackberry jam. It is extraordinarily round and complete.
Intense and complex on the nose. Shows a prevalence of varietal notes with hints of plum and ripe blackberry.
Serve with roast meat or rich first courses.
Contains sulphites.
