NAU CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA
Controlled Designation of Origin.
Grapes – Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C.
Age of the vineyard – Thirty years.
Vinification, Maturation, Aging – Maceration on the skins with grafting of selected yeasts for approximately 8/10 days at a controlled temperature. Once maceration is complete, fermentation continues in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the product continues to refine in wood for approximately three months and in stainless steel tanks for approximately six months, followed by refinement in glass for three months.
Contains sulphites.
