DESCRIPTION
Ruby red in color with violet reflections. The scent of black cherry is very evident as is the spice. On the palate it is savory and has a nice freshness, then enriched with sensations of cherry, plum jam and rhubarb.
Ideal for red meat cuisine and with meat sauces on first courses of pasta or rice. It supports long-aged cured meats and Jamon Iberico Pata Negra and Serrano.
Contains sulphites.
