DESCRIPTION
Bright red color with violet reflections. Substantial minerality which is accentuated with bottle refinement. On the nose you can perceive the clear spiciness and aromas of red berries. On the palate it is a very fresh wine with a marked drinkability.
An elegant sensation of subtle and persistent tannins accompany the aftertaste of black pepper and currants.
Ideal served slightly cooled, at 14 – 15 °C.
It goes well with aperitifs and sausages. Ideal on fish-based dishes such as sliced red tuna and salmon or with a spicy busara pasta.
