DESCRIPTION
Ruby red in color. The aromas are intense and complex. On the palate cherry and plum as well as a nice component of bitter cocoa and liquorice. Wide, enveloping with a clear tannin to balance the flavor and freshness dictated by the altitude and the calcareous component of the soil. Power balanced by elegance, as communicated by the T.P.R. horse breed. on the label.
Ideal with important meats with a particular presence of spices and aromatic herbs, but also furred and feathered game and very mature cheeses and cow's milk in particular.
Contains sulphites.
