Mont'Elimo Perricone 75 cl Fazio
Soft, fruity, intense. Perricone, a historic vine of the Sicilian winemaking tradition,
makes smoothness and balanced structure its great strengths.
The Perricone harvest takes place in the first ten days of September with manual and selective harvesting of the bunches,
to then continue processing the grapes with the traditional red vinification. It is a young wine,
round and suitable for the classic combinations of Mediterranean cuisine.

WINE-SENSORY ANALYSIS
COLOUR: Purple red with ruby reflections
BOUQUET: Notes of red fruit, strawberry, black cherry but also spices and salty aromas
TASTE: On the palate it is soft and smooth.
The structure is balanced and the finish persistent where spices and red fruits are enhanced
