The Nero d'Avola harvest takes place at the end of August, beginning of September with manual and selective harvesting of the bunches,
to then continue the processing of the grapes with the traditional red vinification.
It is a young, round and suitable wine for the classic combinations of Mediterranean cuisine.

COLOUR: Purple red with ruby reflections
BOUQUET: Notes of red fruit, strawberry, black cherry but also spices and salty aromas
TASTE: On the palate it is soft and smooth.
The structure is balanced and the finish persistent where spices and red fruits are enhanced.
