Grapes: Nerello Mascalese 80% - Nerello Cappuccio 20%.
Cultivation system: sapling supported by chestnut poles.
Plants up to 30 years of age.
Vinification: fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out.
Refinement: 50% 12 months in steel and 50% 12 months in 50 hl oak barrels. 12 months in the bottle.
