Merlot Varietal Red Wine 75 cl Aganis
The softness of Merlot recalls the hills of the Eastern Collio. On the nose there are herbaceous hints of tomato leaf but also of red fruit, especially cherry and plum. At a second level we find more balsamic notes of pine and aromatic herbs up to decidedly spicy vanilla fragrances. In the mouth it remains well balanced with a good structure and a pleasant alcohol content.

GRADE: 13% vol.
VARIETY: Merlot;
HARVEST: Fine September;
VINIFICATION: Maceration for 15-20 days in contact with the skins.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 - 20 °C.
