The grapes that make up this wine are harvested both by hand than mechanically.
They are destemmed, softly pressed, then fermented for 10 days at 25-26°C

TASTING NOTES
Ruby red with violet reflections.
Well-defined red fruit notes. Persistent and refined.
Typical hints of blackberry and intense cherry, clean and fruity.
Typical vegetal notes of Merlot are also perceived.
Serve with tasty red or white meats. Perfect to accompany traditional first courses.
Contains sulphites.
