Merlot DOC 75 cl Colutta
With a not very intense ruby red colour, it is the classic wine for the whole meal and pairs perfectly with red meats and noble poultry roasts. It should be served at 18°C.
Winemaking: the harvested and hand-selected grapes are destemmed, pressed and left to ferment at a controlled temperature (around 28°C) with the addition of selected yeasts.
For color extraction, the "delestage" technique is used which allows the effective extraction of polyphenols, tannins and anthocyanins from the skins; this technique allows you to improve the stability of the color and structure of the wine over time.
Vol.13.5%.
