ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
The final blend of the different wines obtained it is a game of balance between biodiversity originating from the Mother Rock of the different vineyards, from the altitude and slope of the terraces: the small percentage of dried grapes allows us to obtain a Valtellina Superiore rich in enveloping tannins and a pure and fresh aromatic character typical of Nebbiolo of the Alps.
Bright garnet color with ruby reflections; intense fruity aroma of blackberry and blueberry; wooden licorice and spicy notes reminiscent of laurel and juniper; dry, savory flavour, with elegant and velvety tannins.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Roast red meats, lamb, kid, game, mature cheeses.
