ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Sweet oriental spices and a slight hint of toasted cocoa accompany the wine in all tasting phases, now opening a space for very clear and sunny black fruit, now with more wintery notes of leather and humus. Enveloping touch reminiscent of the texture of velvet with a finish of mint and black pepper.
PAIRING: Marinated and grilled lamb chops, accompanied with mint or even with an unorthodox parmigiana with smoked provola.
