Marinò DOC Venezia 1,5 lt Ca di Rajo

Marinò is our tribute to Marino Cecchetto, founder of the family and reference figure for his grandchildren, who today lead the winery following the example and passion of their grandfather. Marinò is an intense ruby red wine produced as a blend of three varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Raboso. On the nose it recalls the scent of morello cherry with hints of pepper and vanilla. The drink is sumptuous with a marked tannicity. A red wine with great structure with a pleasant acidity and a persistent, very pleasant finish.

VARIETY: Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Raboso 20%;
HARVEST: End of October;
DRYING: Drying of the Raboso grapes in the fruit cellar for 40 days;
VINIFICATION: Maceration for 20/25 days. Assembly after refinement.
AGEING: 14 months in wooden barrels for Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. 12 months in barrique for Raboso
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20°C;
Vol.14%.
