TASTING NOTES
Colour: Light ruby red with orange reflections
Scents Smell: Elegant astringency given by hints of red fruits (currants, blueberries, blackberries) with a slight final note of spiciness
Palate Taste: The evolution in the mouth is divided into three phases: the initial softness is replaced by tannin, evident but not invasive, replaced in the end by a mineral freshness due to the volcanic soil. Long finish, leaves a softness in the mouth with a strong hint of ripe red fruit
