ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color - ruby red
Smell - intense hints of ripe red fruit, in alcohol, blackberry, black cherry, cherry, are accompanied by notes of vanilla and spices.
Taste - soft, opulent, full-bodied. The finish is quite persistent with long flavors of blackberry, morello cherry and plum.
It goes very well with red meats, and, if grilled, it is also the ideal companion for a slice of tuna, excellent with cheeses, especially hard textured.
