Soil type: red earth, from sub-Apennine sands, of Pliocene origin and calcareous in nature, interspersed with silica sand and clay.
Training system: Guyot , espalier.
Plant density: 5,000 vines per hectare.
Average age of the vines: 20 years.
Harvest period: September.
Fermentation: spontaneous in terracotta amphorae, on the skins with yeasts indigenous.
Aging: Slavonian barrels and bottle.
