Grape variety: Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 50%.

Altitude: 250 meters above sea level.
Type of soil: red earth, from sub-Apennine sands, of Pliocene origin and of a calcareous nature, interspersed with siliceous sand and clay.
Training system: Guyot, espalier.
Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare.
Average age of the vines: 20 years.
Harvest period: September.
Fermentation: spontaneous in terracotta amphorae, on the skins with indigenous yeasts.
Aging: Slavonian barrels and bottle.
Contains sulphites.
