Liante is the only DOC of Castello Monaci: Salice Salentino. It is a reference to the Eastern wind, cold in winter and hot in summer, which blows forcefully and constantly on our vineyards, also acting as a natural anti-mould.

It is a wine softened by the presence of Malvasia Nera di Lecce, which gives a velvety and creamy taste, the perfect combination with the freshness of Negroamaro.
