Vineyards in the Sassella area.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Bright ruby colour; complex bouquet, with a persuasive raspberry fragrance and hints of rose and violet with sweet spices and a light aroma of orange peel and candied fruit; full body and clearly visible mature tannins, with good flavour. Of large volume, it expresses a pleasant base of red fruit and sweet spices with a persistent finish.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Roast red meats, lamb, kid, game, mature cheeses.
