DESCRIPTION: Ruby red with coral pink nuances. Olfactory impact from the proximity of the fruit and green counter at the market: fresh vegetables of different nature stand out in the glass with the green tomato, yellow pepper and radish jostling around. In sequence, more delicate spicy notes of pink pepper and turmeric emerge. The draft is hard, ferocious, with precise tannin to introduce a decidedly savory sip capable of making the glass almost spicy aided by the aromatic return of chilli pepper. A wine with great personality.
