Altitude: 230 - 330 meters above sea level. sandy soils of alluvial origin and partly calcareous

Winemaking:
Fermentation: maceration in steel
Aging of the wine: malolactic fermentation, aging partly in concrete tanks and partly in steel ( approximately 12 months)
Alcohol 12% vol.
Acidity: 5.9 g / liter
Contains sulphites.
