ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
Pale ruby red colour, pleasant and fruity aroma with light hints of violet, soft flavour, with a nice bitter almond and cherry finish.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Wine for the whole meal, it is particularly recommended with vegetable first courses, rabbit and chicken meat and with traditional speck.
