La Sabla 75 cl Les Cretes
Vine variety: red, blend of black grape varieties
Annual production: 19,000 bottles.
Winification: destemming of the grapes, 10-day fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 26 °C with daily pumping over. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months and aged for 5 months in the bottle.
Sensory notes: intense ruby colour. Fruity (raspberry) and floral (violet) on the nose. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with soft tannins, notes of raspberry. Persistent finish.
Serving temperature: 16/18 °C
Recommended pairings: donkey salami, grilled meat, stewed tripe, pork loin in milk.
Contains sulphites.
