VARIETY: Nero d'Avola.

VINIFICATION: Traditional in red with pumping over during the fermentation phase.
FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE: 28-30° C.
WINE NAME: Nero d'Avola DOC Sicilia.
AGEING: 12 months in 50 HL French oak barrels.
COLOR: Intense ruby red.
SMELL: It has hints of berries such as currants, blueberries and strawberries. The aroma it leaves on the nose is very intense and pleasant.
PALATE: In the mouth it is soft and velvety; rightly tannic, it leaves a pleasant and persistent aftertaste. GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Served at a temperature of 18° C, it goes well with red meats, game and medium-aged cheeses. Also excellent with rustic dishes.
