Organoleptic description:
A brilliant wine, ruby red in color . On the nose it is an intense and complex wine, with notes of wild berries, rose petals and sweet spices. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and tasty, with fine and velvety tannins.
Pairing:
Particularly appropriate with game and mature cheeses. In Irpinia, its land of origin, it is often drunk with grilled meats and porcini mushrooms as well as with local cured meats such as soppressata or capocollo.
Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C
Contains sulphites.
