Insieme Nero d Avola Sicilia DOC 75 cl Santa Tresa
The name Insieme derives from a collaboration that began in 2010 and lasted three years with a South African winery that already produced wines without added sulphites. Our desire to fully respect nature by implementing as little intervention as possible pushed us to learn this new way of making wine from them and therefore go beyond the concept of organic.
Grapes: 100% Nero d'Avola.
Harvest: the grapes are harvested by hand when they have reached perfect ripeness and taken to the cellar in small containers to best preserve their integrity.
Vol.13%.
Contains sulphites.
