ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Ruby red color tending towards garnet; intense fruity aroma of cherry and ripe plum, with notes of sweet spices (cinnamon and cloves) and a light match note. Dry, savory and austere, harmonious flavour, with an elegant bitter aftertaste of toasted hazelnut.
FOOD COMBINATIONS
Roast red meats, lamb, kid, game, mature cheeses.
