Ilbio Umbria Rosso IGT 75 cl Lungarotti

Type: red with aging structure. Grapes: 100% fruit of the main variety grown in the Lungarotti Agricultural Company of Turrita di Montefalco in organic farming.
Color: intense and brilliant red. Nose: good complexity and wide olfactory range: liquorice, cinnamon, pine resin and sweet tobacco, with a strong finish of sweet spices and jam.
Taste: elegant and very enveloping on the attack, it has good alcohol content, a nice hint of red fruit and a balsamic touch; soft and dense tannins. Persistent aftertaste with well-balanced tannins.
Alcohol: 14.50% Vol.
Pairing: very versatile in pairings thanks to the particularly soft tannins, it goes well with cuisines of the most diverse gastronomic cultures, especially with dishes based on poultry and red meat, boiled and of tasty soups.
Contains sulphites.
