Il Nero di Casanova IGT Toscana 75 cl La Spinetta
Since this wine is the most representative product of the Casanova estate, it was decided to call it as red wine is commonly defined in Tuscany, Nero. On the nose it expresses hints of blackberries, blueberries and ripe cherries, with spicy notes. When tasted it is full and enveloping; the tannins are velvety and in perfect harmony with an extraordinary freshness. The excellent acidity gives extreme pleasantness to the finish.
GRAPE VARIETY: Sangiovese 100%.
PAIRING: Pheasant in casserole, spaghettone with cheese and pepper.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16/17° C.
