Il Colorino di Casanova IGT Toscana 75 cl La Spinetta
The Rivettis, following the Piedmontese tradition of producing monovarietal wines, decide to vinify Colorino in purity, convinced that this vine has a unique identity. The nose shows hints of dark fruit, with herbaceous and earthy notes. The flavor is soft and full-bodied, and has good minerality.
GRAPE VARIETY: Colorino 100%.
PAIRING: Lampredotto with potatoes, cured cured meats.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16/ 17° C.
