Guardoilvento expresses the character of the altitude and the black and stony earth from which is born. Perfumed with intense and delicate aromas, with notes of fresh fruit and spices, with a strong body but with gentle, soft and delicate tannins. Easy to drink at the moment, but even more generous if you know how to wait for it.

Pairings
Guardoilvento goes very well with meat-based dishes, pork, veal and poultry.
