Harmonium Sicilia DOC Three crus of Nero d'Avola 75 cl Firriato
Harmonium is the successful synthesis between the power of Nero d'Avola and the Firriato style. The goal was to create a "cru dei cru" that offered all the expressions of the richness of such an eclectic grape variety. After 15 years of analysis and micro-vinifications, Firriato has identified, in the 165 hectares of Borgo Guarini, the three different crus of Ferla, Lepre and Beccaccia, to breed vines obtained from three different massal selections of Nero d'Avola. The complexity of the pedoclimatic conditions made it possible to highlight the different organoleptic characteristics of the three Single Vineyards.
