ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Grumello has a red color ruby tending towards garnet; the scent, well pronounced and
ethereal, recalls aromatic spices such as cloves and cinnamon with a
undertone of red fruits and an almost balsamic note. The flavor is dry, savory, austere and elegant. It is a wine of particular finesse, with enveloping tannins that enhance its characteristics.

Lamb, kid, game, roast red meats, mature cheeses (Bitto).
