ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: This wine draws its gustatory strength and extraordinary aromas of incense, medicinal herbs, hibiscus and wild fennel from the sands lava. A luminous and lyrical wine, it tells without filters the character and refinement of the great mountain reds, but at latitudes close to Africa. The compact fabric tannins are elegantly extracted. The sweetness and generosity of berries and currants mixes with the aromas of incense and beeswax, a light, almost saline touch invites you to return to the glass.
PAIRING: A wine whose character can allow for very bold pairings with dishes of equally character.
Game, truffle dishes, rock fish also with complex sauces, cheeses and cured meats.
