Ciauria Etna Rosso DOC 75 cl Pietro Caciorgna
In the 2009 harvest I started producing a simpler Etna Rosso, which aims to be an everyday wine, to be enjoyed every day, and which every day brings us back to the aromas and flavors of the Nerello Mascalese which grows on the slopes of Etna . A wine which, as they say in Sicily, is "Ciaurìa" from Etna.

Pairings
Ciaurìa goes well with land dishes, of all seasons, typical of Etna, and with a careful serving temperature, even some fish dishes.
